Please complete the equipment enquiry form that is available from the Shop area of the website. After adding equipment to your enquiry cart, select the option that says ‘Request an Invoice’ include your contact details and any questions, and we will be in touch with you to discuss further.

would like to view equipment?

To view equipment, please contact us so that we can arrange an appointment for you to come and view equipment at our factory warehouses. We have 7 factory warehouses at different addresses. Viewing is by appointment only, as we are not a retail store. We can arrange an appointment for you to view, no problem. To ensure there is no large equipment being delivered, crane trucks, large pantech trucks, double tandem trailers or techs onsite all viewings need to be scheduled in. Thank you for your understanding.

what if i am further afield, interstate or overseas and am not able to view equipment?

If you would like to arrange a virtual appointment, please let us know so that we can schedule it in for you or we can send photos / video of equipment.

Do you provide multi buy discounts?

Yes, we most certainly do.

Receive a free gift or a a discount (depending on the value of your purchase) when you purchase multiple items from us.

Is GST included in the Price?

GST is not included in the price of equipment. shown on the individual product page.

The total inclusive of GST will be displayed in the enquiry cart for your order.

Australian customers will automatically be charged 10% GST.

As a registered business, you can claim this amount back.

Overseas customers are exempt from GST charges.

Please provide all required export information to ensure you are not charged gst.

Including your export agent’s business name and address, as well as the delivery address for the port or dock.

Heavily Discounted FREIGHT?

We provide Heavily Discounted Freight for delivery Australia wide. We offer extremely competitively priced freight this includes a healthy discount to go towards the cost of your freight.

We have partnered with some very good freight providers who provide competitively priced freight solutions to our customers and as such we can book and manage the freight on your behalf.. Subject to access and business location.

where do you ship in australia?

We partner with freight providers to deliver Australia wide including to all major cities and towns and also also all remote and regional areas.

will i need a forklift for delivery?

If you do not have a forklift onsite or access to a forklift, please let us know so that we can ensure that the freight providers are aware tail gate is required for delivery.

Can I Arrange my own freight?

Yes, you most certainly can.

Please contact us and provide your freight providers details in writing. Including their business name, email address and phone number. Also a contact name of the best person for us to speak to and we will contact them on your behalf so that we can liaise directly with them regarding collection.

We have fork lifts onsite and can load your equipment for them onto your freight providers truck.

If your freight provider requires your freight to be packed and strapped to pallets.

Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

If you need the dimensions and weight of your freight for a quote form your freight provider, please send us an email and we will obtain that information for you.

Certified Used:

what does checked by specialist third party technicians mean?

Equipment is checked by specialist independent third party technicians.

We only utilise specialists food equipment technicians, not use standard commercial electricians or plumbers etc.

Specialist Food Technicians charge a minimum of $110 – $150 +gst per hour for equipment to be checked. The technicians generally spend 2+ hours fully checking a single piece of equipment prior to it being dispatched. They also charge a call out fee and travel time.

We do not charge any additional money for equipment to be checked by specialist technicians.

what does certified used mean?

Certified used means that the equipment is not only given a basic in-house check.

It also goes through a rigorous check by a specialist independent third party technician prior to dispatch.

We have 7 warehouses located in the beautiful Tweed Shire in Northern NSW, just over the boarder form the Gold Coast QLD.

A short drive away from the Gold Coast domestic and international air port.

are you a retail store or Factory Warehouse?

We are not a retail store, we are factory – warehouse business and are not open to the public. Viewings are by appointment only. You can arrange an appointment anytime when the warehouses are open – Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm.

do you sell B2C?

No, we only sell B2B (Business to Business) customers only

Export Enquiry:

do you sell equipment to customers overseas?

Yes, we sell equipment to customers overseas.

Please provide your export agents details and we can liaise with them directly.

To export equipment from Australia, you will need an agent in Australia or at the very least, your agent in your country will need to link up with an agent in Australia.

what are your export terms?

Our terms are ex works.

Equipment prices are as per our website.

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST (Australian General Sales Tax).

Export customers are exempt from GST (Australian General Sales Tax).

If you provide your export agents details, and the delivery address to the docks/air port. We will send you an invoice excluding gst.

Payment can only be via IMT (international money transfer), please note that we do not accept credit card payments.

We are not an exporter & will not complete any export documentation.

You will need an export or customs agent. We are happy to liaise with your export/customs agent.

If your export agent is arranging collection from our factory warehouses, we will liaise with them directly.

We can provide a freight quote for delivery to your export agent (the docks/air port). Please let us know and we can obtain a freight quote for you.

do you pack freight for export?

We can put your equipment on an export (treated pallet) we do not case – crate equipment.

If you require straps. We only use heavy duty ratchet straps to secure equipment to a pallet.

Straps are charged at cost and we can invoice you for these within your equipment invoice.

Please contact crate-case manufacturers in Australia directly, if this is ssomething that you will require.

The crate -case can be delivered to our factory warehouse no problem.

We will load your equipment into the case for you no problem at no extra charge.

i have equipment to sell, what are the next steps?
  1. Please send us an email.
  2. In the subject heading of the email please write the following subject heading. Selling Equipment.
  3. Please include the following information in the main body of the email:
    • Your name and business name (if still trading)
    • Your business address or the address of where the equipment is located.
    • Please list the equipment that you would like to sell including model number for each piece of equipment.
  4. If you have any idea of the price that you are looking for, please include this in the email.
  5. The reason you are selling the equipment.
  6. Overall condition of each piece of equipment. I.e. Excellent, Good, Fair etc.
  7. Please do not send us any photos at this stage.
  8. If the equipment is of interest. We will contact you and request for photos to be sent.
  9. Please note, we do not purchase broken equipment or equipment that is missing major components/parts. We also only purchase equipment that is owned out right by you (your business) and there are no debts, loans etc associated with any of the equipment.
  10. We also only purchase quality brands of equipment – Australia, European, American, UK, Canada. No cheap, low quality inferior brands, If you are unsure of the type of brands we purchase, please see

what happens regarding freight?

If we purchase your equipment, we arrange collection from you.


Not for Profit :

Do you provide any disocunts for not for profits?

Yes, we most certainly do. Although all our equipment is already very reasonably priced, we provide some of the lowest prices in the industry for quality used second-hand equipment.

If you are a Not for Profit, we have a special discount available specifically for NGO’s (Not for Profit) organisations. Please provide your not for profit (charity) details when making an enquiry to purchase & this will automatically be added to your invoice.
