Manual introduction of the skewers into the skewer tube assembly. Automatic skewering.

Cutting is manual with a specific knife.

As an indication only – Productivity based on a different brand of kebab skerweing machine : about 40kg/h per person with one skewer tube assembly and one mould.

2 to 3 people can produce up to 250 kg / hour with several skewer tube assemblies and moulds.
