Sold Used Bakery Equipment and Meat Processing Equipment to overseas customers.

Business was expanding and we required a larger business Premises:
Relocated business to 1 very large factory warehouse on the other side of Burleigh Heads so that the vast majority of equipment could all be housed in this large factory warehouse.
Business relocated to Tweed Shire
Relocated the business to the Tweed Shire just over the boarder from the Gold Coast, Queensland (QLD).
Relocated the business and most of the equipment across the boarder to several factory warehouse units in the beautiful, picturesque Northern Rivers region of far northern NSW in the Tweed Shire. Kept 1 factory warehouse in Burleigh Heads QLD.
Opened another two factory warehouses in the Tweed Shire:
We were now operating the business out of a total of 7 factory warehouses in the Tweed Shire.

How it all began …..
Artisan Food Producer
We previously had a business right at the Cole face whereby we were producers of fine foods. We won producer of the year awards, Champion Product Awards, Trophies and gold medals at Australia’s most prestigious fine food awards including Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards & Royal Sydney Fine Food Awards.
Producing and selling artisan products to some of Australia’s finest luxury 5 star hotels, though it wasn’t all glory and there certainly was a lot of pain before there was any gain.

As food producers we knew all too well the stresses and strains associated with starting and running our own business in the food industry, the regulations, red tape and never ending costs associated with this type of business are endless, never mind the countless hours it can take to make artisan food products.

Mark’s background & experience in a previous career where he specialised
in procurement and sales (researching, buying and selling art & jewellery)
gave us a distinct advantage when it came to purchasing food machinery and
setting up our own food production business.

automate our business, we were also able to develop and grow our business
with the money that we saved.

It also made sense as we were already in the food service industry and therefore
had many contacts in the industry.
