TENRIT Multi-disc Peeling Machine:

The TENRIT multi-disc peeling machine is suitable for continual blade / carborundum disc peeling of potatoes (raw / cooked / jacket potatoes), various other tubers, roots, some fruits and some cooked products.

The product goes along a conveyor through many small blades/ carborundum peeling discs*.

Gentle peeling of the product results e.g. in an extended shelf life for food including potatoes.

This machine is a one peel line (also known as 1-strand) and is equipped with 24 peeling discs.

The peeling line, on which the small peeling discs are mounted, can be removed from the machine for cleaning, maintenance or to flexibly change the peeling discs.

Speed Adjustment for the peeling discs and the conveyor have an electronic step-less adjustment option that is independent from each other.

* Precise placement of blades and carborundum peeling discs depend on the peeled product and are subject to consultation.
