About Ruhle – The Company: For over 50 years, we have shaped food production with Black Forest ingenuity and sophisticated high-tech.

At an airy altitude of 1,000 meters in the Black Forest, our approximately 165 employees develop and produce genuine originals – repeatedly awarded regional, national, and international innovation prizes.

Then as now, the company is family-run by the Rühle family.

Innovation Through Experience

Since 1966, we have been producing cube and strip cutters, since 1972 brine injectors, and since 1975 tumblers.

In the following years, frozen meat cutters and net stuffing devices were added to Rühle’s extensive range.

We invented the first directly cooled tumbler and brought high-tech to food production.

Today, the genuine originals impress with their performance features, reliability, and user-friendliness.
