Ensuring each piece of dough has the exact same height, width & depth.
Also the exact same shape
If it Round Chambers also known as a dough rounder separates each piece of dough into the exact same sized rounded shapes with the exact same dimensions.

It uses a gravity hopper which automatically feeds dough into the dividing chamber of the machine. It can quickly and accurately divide dough into equal pieces. This type of machine can operate with little to no human contact.
Semi Automatic Dough Divider
A semi-automatic is a piece of bakery machinery that quickly and efficiently portions large batches of dough into smaller, uniform pieces. It portions dough into uniform pieces of equal size and weight.
While they require a human operator, it can still automate parts t of the portioning process.
Manual Dough Divider
Ideal for smaller bakeries and producers. These units operate via a hydraulic arm that is manually pulled down to divide dough into smaller uniform pieces. This solution is more effective solution for smaller bakers who want the convenience without the high rice tag os a semi or automatic machine.
How a Bakery dough Divider Works:
- A press with cutting blades, positioned in the top of the machine – known as the head.
- Driven by an unlock lever.
- The press, known as the head is moved by a lever.
- A divider presses the dough that is placed in the reel plates and which prepares it for the cutting process.
- The reels are plates on the divider that are used to place (position) the dough in the right area so it can be cut.
- The dough rounding system is driven by a lever which regulates the winding speed.
- For space adjustment between the press and the dough, there is a press depth tuner.
- Adjust the divider depending on the type of dough and the desired cutting required for the dough.
- Interconnection of technological procedures provide the operator with the ability to control the cutting and rounding process(namely the press lever, star handle and dough rounding, depth tuner).
