Bakery Slicing and Cutting Machine with Guillotine – Custom Made

Bakery slicing and cutting guillotine

Superior quality, custom made durable Australian bakery machine. Made in Australia.

The machine has partially been built by Marbett.

Marbett is a premier product brand owned by Rexnord Industries, LLC (a division of Regal Rexnord.

The brand specialises in manufacturing highly engineered conveyor components, MatTop chains, and TableTop chains optimized for the food, beverage, packaging, and bottling machinery industries).

How does the machine operate – function

Dough goes onto the conveyor and receives a dimpled effect from the first roller, which could also be used to leave a repository for seeds or similar.

The next phase the dough (product ingredients) would pass through cutting rollers.

Currently set to quite a good size for artisan bars, crackers and more.

This could be re-eningeered for another roller size. If various width sizes are required now or in the future, a roller where width can be altered could be worked into this section of the machine.

The final pass through section is the guillotine. This is where the product length is cut.

This machine would suite various applications and would cost in excess of $120k to have custom manufactured in Australia.

The. machine is being sold for just 10% of that price. Your price ONLY $11,995 plus gst.

Tested and checked by independent technicians. Sold working.
