Kettle bowls in acid resistant steel, all other parts in stainless steel – Full welded, insulated kettle body with a volume scale inside the kettle – Work pressure 1,0 bar – Max. Steam temp 120°C – Maximum external temperature of the bowl after 3 hours cooking <40°C – Working Height 900mm.

 

Work Safely
–  Tilting height min 400mm from floor to bottom of pouring lip – Unheated top for lower energy waste and better comfort –  Hinged lid easy to open/close and with ergonomic lid arm  – Tightly-closing lid made from synthetic material.

 

Efficiency


Small quantity of water in the steam generator – for quick heating, low energy waste and short reaction times – Heating elements at the front of the kettle – heating elements always below water level- prevents overheating prolongs kettles lifetime – Electrically heating kettles have automatic filling of water in the steam generator – Time to boil with lid closed: 15 minutes (10-90°C).
