• A double wall interior forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 or the kettle.
• The bottom of the kettle is of hemispherical design for superior heat circulation.
• Stainless steel rectangular mounting base includes the kettle mounting lugs concealed inside the enclosure.
• Construction is of all welded 304 stainless steel.
