The customer was looking for a forming and portioning machine to add some more tasty products to their product offering.

The Formatic fits easily on a bench and has a drum that forms the shape of the product. Customers can also purchase a drum of a shape of their choice. Manufactured by Deighton UK.
The machine has a conveyor that enables the product to be formed and then deposited and the product can then move along on the conveyor where it can then be set aside and or packed.
The customer was provided with a very cost effective solution to produce patty burgers and production could very quickly and easily be ramped up as and when required.
Not only are the farm ensuring their environmental impact is reduced by purchasing used (second) hand they are were also able to achieve a significant saving as opposed to purchasing brand new.
