The Fusion infrared conveyor toaster pizza oven is self contained, operates via a conveyor.
It is designed for counter. top use & must be used with the appropriate late 4 legs for proper cooking.
Intensity is adjustable for 0 – 10.
Conveyor speed is adjustable from 15 seconds to 5 minutes cooking time.
Removable crumb tray for ease of cleaning.
Controls:
The controls are located towards the bottom of the unit.
Includes power, on – off. Intensity control. digital display, conveyor speed, control, programmable buttons.
Pre-sets with manual cook setting mode.
Conveyor direction control & sleep mode switch.
Construction:
Exterior is fabricated from No. 4 finish stainless steel.
The conveyor belt is flexible stainless steel design with capacity for a 205.2mm wide product & travel distance of 1022mm of which 533mm is in the baking chamber.
A DC brushless motor powers the chain drive conveyor.
